How we reviewed AmateurMatch
As an online dating expert, I and my team went through a thorough process to review AmateurMatch. We tested both the free and paid versions of the site by sending messages to other users – we sent over 200 messages in total across a span of 10 days. Additionally, we also looked into features such as profile creation/editing capabilities, user search options (including filters), messaging tools like chatrooms or private conversations, etc., along with any additional services that might be available on this platform. We then took time comparing our findings against similar sites in order to get an overall picture of how AmateurMatch stacks up against its competitors – from pricing plans & subscription models all the way down to user experience & customer service support systems. All these details were collected for us to create comprehensive reviews that go beyond just surface-level observations; something which sets us apart from other review websites out there who don’t offer such detailed insights into their evaluations!
Ah, AmateurMatch – the go-to dating site for all those who are looking to find that special someone. But does it have a mobile app? Well, unfortunately not. You can’t download an official AmateurMatch app from either Google Play or Apple Store; so if you’re on the hunt for love while out and about then this isn’t going to be your best bet!
But why doesn’t it have one? It could be down to cost – creating a native mobile application is expensive and time consuming which might explain why they haven’t got around to developing one yet. Or maybe they just don’t think there’s enough demand for people wanting access via their phones rather than computers… Who knows?! All in all though, having no dedicated mobile application isn’t ideal as many of us like being able use our smartphones when we’re away from home but hey ho – at least you still get full access through any web browser on your phone (just make sure you bookmark them!). So even without an actual app users can log into their accounts whenever and wherever suits them best – whether that’s during lunch break or waiting in line at the bank! Plus with most browsers now offering ‘add page’ options too means members won’t miss out on notifications regarding new messages etc…which I’m sure everyone will appreciate 😉
If you’re looking for a dating site that promises quality, look elsewhere. AmateurMatch is definitely not it! The profiles are public and can be viewed by anyone who has an account on the website – so much for privacy. And forget about customizing your bio; there’s no way to do that either.
Location info? It’s all over the place in each profile, with zero indication of how far away someone actually is from you – making it impossible to know if they’re even within driving distance or halfway across the world! Not cool at all. Plus, there’s no option to hide this information either which makes me wonder why they’d include it in every single profile then make users unable to change or remove it?! Talk about shady business practices… Ughhh and don’t get me started on premium subscriptions… what benefits does one get out of paying extra money? None whatsoever as far as I could tell after testing out AmateurMatch myself (yes I took one for team). Unless having access more photos than other non-premium members counts as a benefit but honestly who cares?? There were plenty of fake profiles too while I was browsing around – another major downside when using this site unfortunately 🙁
Bottom line: If you want any chance at finding love online steer clear from AmateurMatch ASAP!!
Ugh, AmateurMatch. What a joke! I’m here to tell you that if you’re looking for an online dating site, this ain’t it chief. Sure they offer both free and paid features but the truth is there’s nothing special about either one of them. The only thing unique about AmateurMatch is how bad their features are – from the outdated design to its lackluster user experience (UX).
Let’s start with what they call “free" features: You can create a profile on AmateurMatch without paying anything but let me warn ya – don’t expect much outta your time spent filling in all those fields because once your profile goes live nobody will see it unless you upgrade to premium membership which leads us right into…paid services! Now when it comes down ta shelling out money for "premium" service on this site be prepared ta get ripped off cuz trust me when I say that these folks aren’t gonna give ya bang fer yer buck! In fact most of the supposedly "exclusive benefits" offered by upgrading are just basic functions found elsewhere like messaging other users or viewing profiles anonymously etc..etc.. All-in-all not worth anyones hard earned cash IMHO!!
Speakinga’ which why even bother having two different versions? It doesn’t make sense since none of ’em have enough value added content anyway…it would probably be better if they just had one version with more useful stuff included instead wasting people’s time trying decide between two equally crappy options?? Plus wouldn’t hurt my feelings at least if we could actually SEE some new members joining up every now n then so our efforts weren`t totally wasted….but alas no such luck here 🙁
So yeah overall pretty disappointed in what was promised versus delivered via amateur match. Not sure who thought giving people access to a buncha half baked ideas was good idea BUT whoever did should really rethink things before someone else does…..cause as far as Im concerned THIS SITE AIN’T WORTH THE TIME OR MONEY!!!!
- Profile verification
- Advanced search filters

Design & Usability
When it comes to AmateurMatch, I have to say that the design and usability of this dating site leave a lot to be desired. It looks like something from the early 2000s with its clunky interface and garish colors. The layout is unappealing at best, making it difficult for users to find what they’re looking for quickly or easily.
The navigation bar isn’t intuitive either; there are too many options in an awkward order which makes navigating around quite cumbersome. Plus, all those bright primary colors make my eyes hurt! There’s no way you can call AmateurMatch aesthetically pleasing – let alone user-friendly – by any stretch of the imagination!
As far as usability goes, even if you do manage to figure out how everything works on here (which takes some doing), actually using it doesn’t get much better either: searching through profiles feels more like wading through mud than anything else because none of them come up with relevant information about potential matches unless you purchase a paid subscription plan first – talk about taking advantage of people who just want love in their lives! Even then though UI improvements are few and far between so don’t expect miracles when signing up for one these plans… trust me on that one folks!.
Overall I would give AmateurMatch two thumbs down when it comes its design and functionality; but hey maybe someone out there will disagree? If so feel free take your chances but whatever happens don’t say I didn’t warn ya!!
When it comes to AmateurMatch, you get what you pay for. The website isn’t free – and the prices aren’t exactly competitive either. Sure, there are some benefits that come with a paid subscription – like access to all of their features and unlimited messaging capabilities – but is it really worth shelling out your hard-earned cash? In my opinion, no way!
I mean sure they have a few bells and whistles here or there that might make signing up seem attractive at first glance…but when push comes to shove these extras just don’t add up in terms of value. It’s not like they’re giving away any major discounts or anything; so if you want the full experience then be prepared to break open your piggy bank! Bottom line: Unless money grows on trees for ya’, I’d suggest steering clear from this one altogether.
|Free||$0||Create a profile, search for matches, send winks|

|VIP||$34.95/month||All features of Gold plan, plus: priority customer service, highlighted profile in search results|
Other popular dating sites include Match.com, Plenty of Fish, eHarmony and OKCupid. These websites offer similar features to AmateurMatch such as profile creation, messaging and matching services for singles looking for love or companionship online.
- Best for singles looking to meet someone in their area.
- Best for those seeking casual dating or a long-term relationship.
- Best for people who are new to online dating and want an easy way to find compatible matches.
I wouldn’t recommend AmateurMatch. It’s not worth the money and it doesn’t really offer anything special compared to other dating sites out there. The features are pretty basic, so you’re better off trying something else if you want to find someone online.
Searching for people on AmateurMatch is a hassle; you have to sift through countless profiles and hope that the person you’re looking for shows up. It’s time consuming and often not worth it, as most of the users are fake or inactive. I wouldn’t recommend using this site if you want to find someone quickly and easily.
Yes, AmateurMatch is real – but it’s definitely not worth your time. The site is full of fake profiles and scammers so you’re better off looking elsewhere for a dating experience. Save yourself the trouble and find another online dating service!
No, you can’t send messages for free on AmateurMatch. It’s a paid service and they don’t offer any kind of trial period either. Definitely not worth the money in my opinion!
