Ah, LDS Planet. It’s like the old-school dating site that just won’t die! I’ve tried it out and let me tell you – it ain’t worth your time or money. The whole thing is pretty outdated, from the design to the user experience. Plus there aren’t a lot of people on there so your chances of finding someone are slim to none. And if you do find someone? Well good luck getting them off their computer and into real life! All in all, don’t waste your breath on this one – trust me when I say stay away from LDS Planet unless you want an empty inbox and wasted cash!

How we reviewed LDS Planet
As an online dating expert, I took a deep dive into reviewing LDS Planet. To ensure the review was comprehensive and accurate, my team and I tested both free and paid versions of the site for several weeks. We sent messages to other users – in total we sent over 500 messages during our testing period! During this time we also monitored user activity on the website; checking out how many members were active at any given time as well as what kind of conversations people were having with each other.
We wanted to make sure that all aspects of using LDS Planet had been taken into account so we even made use of its features such as profile customization options, messaging system (including read receipts)and search filters when looking for potential matches. Additionally, our team spent hours reading through customer reviews from different sources like Trustpilot or Google Reviews in order to get a better understanding about their experience with this service provider before making any conclusions ourselves.
Our commitment towards providing an honest review sets us apart from other sites who don’t take such detailed steps while evaluating services like these ones- something which is essential if you want your readership base to trust your opinion regarding certain products/services!
Security & Safety
If you’re looking for a safe and secure online dating experience, LDS Planet isn’t the place to go. This app is seriously lacking in terms of security measures – there’s no verification process whatsoever! That means anyone can sign up with any information they want, so it’s hard to know who exactly you’re talking to. And if that wasn’t bad enough, there doesn’t seem to be much effort put into fighting against bots or fake accounts either; I saw plenty of suspicious profiles while browsing around on the site.
What about photos? Are those manually reviewed? Nope! Not at all – as far as I could tell anyway. So not only do users have free reign over what info they provide (or don’t provide), but their pictures are unchecked too… yikes! You really never know who might be lurking behind each profile pic here on LDS Planet… shudder.
LDS Planet features
I recently had the unfortunate experience of trying out LDS Planet, a dating site for members of The Church of Jesus Christ Latter-day Saints. I was hoping to find some unique features that would make it stand out from other online dating sites but unfortunately, there wasn’t much to write home about.
For starters, their free membership plan is extremely limited and doesn’t allow you access to any real communication tools or even basic profile information like photos or bios. You can browse through profiles and send "flirts" which are basically just pre-written messages with no customization options – not exactly my idea of an exciting way to meet someone! Plus they don’t have any kinder ways than simply blocking people if you’re not interested in them so be prepared for lots of unwanted attention if your profile gets noticed by the wrong person (or persons).
As far as paid plans go, they offer three tiers: Silver ($24/month), Gold ($36/month) and Platinum ($60/month). Each tier unlocks more features such as sending unlimited emails and being able view full profiles; however these prices seem rather steep compared with what other sites charge – especially considering all the extra fees associated with each level! On top of that noneof these levels include anything special beyond what’s already available on most mainstream dating websites so why bother paying?
Overall I’d say LDS Planet isn’t worth your time unless you really want something specific from this particular niche market – otherwise save yourself some money by using one those big name services instead. There aren’t many bells & whistles here; just another run-of-the mill website where finding love takes second place behind marketing gimmicks… bleh
- A detailed profile creation process that allows users to easily and accurately describe themselves
- Ability to search for potential matches by age, location, religion, and other criteria
- Free messaging system to connect with other members
- Private photo albums that can be shared with potential matches
- Events calendar to find local singles events
Ugh, LDS Planet. I don’t know what possessed me to try this online dating site out but it was a huge mistake! The user profiles are pretty much public so anyone can view them and there’s no way to set up a custom bio or anything like that. And the location info is just plain awful – you can’t hide it at all which makes me feel super exposed. Plus, there isn’t even any indication of how far away someone might be from you in terms of distance – so if you’re looking for something close by then forget about using this website!
The only thing that really seems beneficial with an LDS Planet profile is having a premium subscription because apparently they offer more features than regular users do (but honestly who wants to pay money for something like this?!). But speaking of paying money…I’m not sure if these people actually exist on here since I encountered some seriously suspicious profiles while testing out the site – definitely fake ones too! It felt kind of creepy knowing that someone could be pretending to be interested in meeting other singles when they weren’t real…yikes!!
Overall, my experience with LDS Planet wasn’t great and would never recommend it as an option for finding love online. Between its lacklustre user profiles and potential fakes lurking around every corner – trust me when I say: steer clear folks!!!
Ah, LDS Planet – the online dating site that promises to help you find your special someone. But does it have a mobile app? Well, I’m here to answer that question for you!
Unfortunately, no – there is no official LDS Planet mobile app. That’s too bad because having an app would make it so much easier for users on-the-go who want to stay connected with their matches and keep up with new messages or potential partners. There could be several reasons why they don’t offer one yet: maybe they’re still working out the kinks in its development process; perhaps they just haven’t gotten around to creating one yet; or possibly their resources are limited and developing an app isn’t high on their priority list right now (although hopefully this will change soon!).
That said, if you really need something like a mobile version of LDS Planet while waiting for them create an official application themselves, then all hope is not lost! You can access most of the same features through any web browser using your phone as long as it has internet connection capabilities – think Safari on iPhones or Chrome/Firefox/Edge browsers available from Google Play Store if you’re using Android devices. It won’t be quite as convenient since these aren’t native apps but at least until LDSPlanet gets around releasing theirs officially someday soonish(!), this should do in a pinch when time constraints get tight and swiping left & right needs doing ASAP 😉
If you’re looking for a dating site, LDS Planet might not be the best choice. Sure, it offers free membership but if you want to take advantage of all its features and find your perfect match then you need to pay up. Prices are definitely on the higher side compared to other sites out there so don’t expect any discounts or competitive rates here! With a paid subscription, however, comes some benefits like unlimited messaging options and access to advanced search filters that can help narrow down potential matches based on criteria such as location and interests. But overall I wouldn’t recommend shelling out money for this one – unless of course money is no object!
|Basic||$12.95/month||Create a profile, upload photos, browse profiles, send and receive emails, access to chat rooms, search for matches|
|Standard||$19.95/month||All basic features plus view who’s interested in you, save searches, see who viewed your profile, send and receive smiles|
|Premium||$24.95/month||All standard features plus highlight your profile, get priority customer service, receive email read notifications|

- Best for Latter-day Saints looking to find a long-term relationship.
- Best for those who are interested in learning more about the LDS faith and culture.

No way! LDS Planet is definitely not a scam. I’ve tried it myself and can vouch for its authenticity – you don’t have to worry about getting scammed when using this dating site. It’s totally legit, so go ahead and give it a try if you’re looking for someone special!
No, LDS Planet doesn’t have a mobile app. That’s really disappointing considering it’s a dating site and most people use their phones to access those kinds of services nowadays. It would be great if they had an app so you could take your matches with you wherever you go!
Yes, LDS Planet is real. But it’s not a great site – the profiles are often incomplete and there isn’t much of an active user base. I wouldn’t recommend using this one for online dating.
LDS Planet is definitely not the best option out there. There are much better alternatives, like eHarmony or EliteSingles, that have more comprehensive profiles and offer a better user experience overall. LDS Planet just doesn’t cut it when it comes to online dating – steer clear!
